Terms for website, application, bot and other digital-product services.

By confirming an order and paying an agreed invoice, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms. A project proposal, estimate or specification takes priority for the particular scope, timeline and price.
Services
Website, web application, internal system, bot, Mini App and integration development, design, maintenance and other agreed digital services.
Order and contract
Scope, deliverables, timing and price are recorded in correspondence, a proposal, invoice or specification. The contract is formed when the order is confirmed and the required advance payment is received.
Payment
Unless individual terms state otherwise, 50% is due before work starts and 50% after notice that the deliverable is ready, before source materials and exclusive rights are transferred. Agreed third-party services and licences are charged separately.
Timing and materials
The timeline starts after the advance payment and all required materials are received. Delays in client feedback, materials or approvals extend the delivery date accordingly.
Revisions
The price includes revisions within the agreed scope. New functionality, changes to an approved concept and additional stages require a separate estimate and approval.
Acceptance
The client has 5 business days to review the deliverable and provide one consolidated list of substantiated deviations from the agreed scope. Without such notice, the deliverable is deemed accepted. Confirmed deviations will be corrected within a reasonable period.
Refunds
Before work starts, an advance is refundable less non-recoverable expenses. After work starts, only the unperformed portion is refundable after deducting completed stages and actual expenses. Accepted stages and paid third-party services are non-refundable. An agreed refund is processed within 10 business days.
Intellectual property
Exclusive rights in custom deliverables transfer after full payment unless agreed otherwise in writing. Third-party components, fonts, libraries and services remain subject to their respective licences.
Liability
Each party is liable for breach subject to mandatory applicable law. The provider is not responsible for third-party platform failures or rule changes, client-supplied materials or indirect loss unless the law requires otherwise.
Termination
Either party may end the engagement by written notice. The client pays for completed stages and agreed expenses, and the provider delivers the paid-for results.
